Course Outline

  • This course is designed to increase participants’ knowledge on smart meter installation according to TNB guidelines.

 

Course Objectives

  1. Participants can understand TNB’s work culture and carry out their duties as TNB ambassadors properly
  2. Participants can explain the safety rules when doing TNB work properly
  3. Participants can communicate and convey information to customers according to SSP standards correctly
  4. Participants can install the meter using the 3MS system and Portable Test Set and follow the procedure correctly

Target Participant: Installer / Supervisor / Helper fail in practical exam

Time: 2pm – 5pm

Duration: 3 hour (Practical exam install smart meter procedure in 3 hour)

Training Venue: TNB ILSAS, BANGI
